After growing up in Southern California, my husband and I moved our family to the Reno–Sparks area of Northern Nevada in 2019. We spent about two years enjoying life near Lake Tahoe before packing up once again and relocating to Tennessee. We’ve personally experienced just about every type of home purchase—from fixer-uppers to new construction to move-in-ready homes. Those experiences have shaped my understanding of what it really takes to turn a house into a home.
With that said, we have also experienced a variety of challenges and less than ideal experiences when relocating from California to Nevada and then from Nevada to Tennessee. My own personal experience allows me to anticipate the needs of those who are also looking to relocate to Middle Tennessee.

Next, I’ll review the representation agreement, answer any questions, and make sure you feel confident moving forward. After the agreement is finalized, we’ll get started right away.
